Email Template for Finals Event

Email Template – Invitation to Finals

One to two weeks before the Challenge ends, send an email to your player list inviting them to the finals!

Subject: This is it!

We are down to the final week(s) of the Challenge. And I don’t need anything official to know that our team is healthier, happier, and more energetic than it was at the start.

That said, we do need an official number to determine the winner.

So come to the finals, where our members will complete the exact same workout they completed at the start of the Challenge. You’ll be amazed at the transformation.

Here are the details:

Date: [insert]

Time: [insert]

Location: [insert]

Schedule: [insert]

[Insert any other pertinent information. Is there a parking lot? Should you give them directions?]

I hope to see you there.

P.S. Our team has accomplished a lot in the past several weeks. Just imagine how much more you all will accomplish by the finals. Whether you are participating in the finals or not, bring your friends, family members, and loudest cheers.

And remember, we’ll be giving away some prizes: [Insert the details of your prizes].

Email Template: Finals Reminder

Three days before the Challenge ends, send an email to your list reminding them to come to the finals

Subject: Reminder—the final event!

Just a reminder that the Whole Life Challenge finals are happening in a few days. Here are the details:

Date: [insert]

Time: [insert]

Location: [insert]

[Insert any other pertinent information. Is there a parking lot? Should you give them directions?]

I’m sending this email to everyone I know because I’m really proud of myself and of every single one of my teammates. We’ve come a long way over the six weeks of the Challenge, and we want your support. Plus, we are handing out some exciting prizes, so it should be a ton of fun!

So please come, and bring your enthusiasm and your friends.
